This policy explains how the developer of Sneaker Vault Portfolio (“we”) handles information in the Sneaker Vault Portfolio iPhone app, the server it uses for optional lookups, and this website, sneakervault.dev. Questions: support@sneakervault.dev.
In short: No account, ads or cross-site tracking, and no analytics in the app. Your collection stays on your iPhone, including pairs, prices you paid, your estimates and their history, sales, notes and photos. Only two optional app features send anything to our server, and they send only the lookup itself.
What stays on your iPhone
- Everything you enter: sneaker details, sizes, purchase costs, your estimates and estimate history, sales, notes and settings.
- Photos you take or pick. Camera and photo access are requested only when you add a photo, and only the photos you choose are used.
- Backups and CSV exports are created on your iPhone. They leave it only if you choose to save or share them.
- If iCloud Backup or computer backups are turned on, Apple may include the app’s data in them under Apple’s terms.
What the app sends, and only when you use these features

We don’t record which install ID made which search or price check. Our server logs record only counts, such as how many results were returned.
Our data provider. Our server looks searches and SKUs up with KicksDB, a sneaker catalog and market-data provider whose data comes from marketplaces including StockX and GOAT. KicksDB receives the search text or SKU from our server. It does not receive your IP address or install ID.
Catalog photos. Catalog photos load directly from the catalog’s image server (GOAT’s image CDN) when they’re shown. That server receives a normal web request from your iPhone, including your IP address and which image was requested. The app sends no cookies or identifiers with these requests and doesn’t save the photos to disk.
Links. Estimate source links and catalog or marketplace listings open in Safari and are governed by those websites’ own policies.
This website
- The website has no accounts, forms, advertising or newsletter sign-up. It sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking scripts.
- Pages, fonts and images are all served from this website. Visiting it doesn’t load content from other companies.
- The support FAQ search runs in your browser. What you type isn’t sent anywhere.
- Copying the support email uses your browser’s clipboard and nothing is sent. Choosing Email Support opens your own email app.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The app’s server runs on Rork’s hosting platform, which is also built on Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process your IP address and request details (such as the page or address requested, browser type and time) to deliver each request, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, under their own policies. We don’t use this information to identify or profile visitors.
What we don’t do
- No accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs or crash-reporting SDKs in the app, and no tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.
- We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- We don’t collect your name, contact details, location, contacts, health or payment information through the app or website.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive what you send, including your email address and any app and device details you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to fix problems, and we delete it when it’s no longer needed.
Children
The app and website aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
You can use the whole app without catalog search or market prices by adding pairs manually. You can delete pairs at any time, and deleting the app removes all its data from your iPhone. We hold no collection data, and the short-lived hashes above can’t be traced back to you. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Contact support@sneakervault.dev and we’ll help.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
